What is an account owner

The account owner is the account manager role in your Panorama workspace. Multiple people can hold this role within the same workspace.

Account owners can perform the following actions directly in Panorama:

• remove a user (Learn more about removing a user →)
• update user permissions (meeting creation, minutes drafting and editing, etc. - Learn more about managing permissions →)
• access workspace settings

Some actions require submitting a request to our team, who will complete the change within the next 3 business days:

• add a new user
• update a user's email address
• change the composition of a committee
• add a committee
