Panorama and videoconferencing (Teams, Zoom, Meet): How meeting links work
Understanding how videoconferencing links work in Panorama
Important to know: Panorama is not integrated with Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. The software does not automatically generate new video conferencing links.
How link duplication works
When you create a new meeting in Panorama, the system automatically duplicates the video conferencing link from the previous meeting of the same committee to save you time.
This may give the impression that Panorama generates a new Teams/Zoom/Meet link, but that's not the case: it's simply a copy of the previous link.
Your options for meeting links
You have two options:
- Use the same link for all your meetings - If you've already created a recurring Teams/Zoom/Meet link, you can continue using it without changing anything
- Generate a new link for each meeting - Create a new link directly in your video conferencing tool and paste it into Panorama when creating or editing your meeting
How to change the videoconferencing link in Panorama
- When creating or editing a meeting, find the "Meeting URL" field
- Delete the old link if necessary
- Paste your new link generated from Teams/Zoom/Meet
