Printing issue: how to fix an unreadable or poorly formatted PDF
Resolve formatting issues when exporting documents as PDF from Panorama.
If a PDF exported from Panorama contains blank pages, unreadable text, or incorrect formatting, the issue is usually caused by the wrong print option being used.
Choosing the right print option
- Open the document you want to export (meeting, minutes, or resolution).
- Click "Print".
- In the list of available printers, avoid the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option.
- Select "Save as PDF" instead.
- Click "Save" and choose where to save your file.
If the issue persists
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
- Open the file in a different PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat rather than your browser's built-in viewer.
- Make sure your browser and operating system are up to date.
