Printing issue: how to fix an unreadable or poorly formatted PDF

Resolve formatting issues when exporting documents as PDF from Panorama.

If a PDF exported from Panorama contains blank pages, unreadable text, or incorrect formatting, the issue is usually caused by the wrong print option being used.

Choosing the right print option

  1. Open the document you want to export (meeting, minutes, or resolution).
  2. Click "Print".
  3. In the list of available printers, avoid the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option.
  4. Select "Save as PDF" instead.
  5. Click "Save" and choose where to save your file.

If the issue persists

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
  • Open the file in a different PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat rather than your browser's built-in viewer.
  • Make sure your browser and operating system are up to date.
