How to update a user's email address

Update the email address associated with a member's account in your workspace.

This request can be submitted by the account owner or by the user themselves. Once the change has been made, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Fill in the following fields:

  • "Requestor's email address": your current email address, or the account owner's email if submitting on behalf of the user.
  • "Organisation / Panorama workspace name"

Then select "Update an email address" and complete:

  • "First name of the (new) user" and "Last name of the (new) user"
  • "New user's email address or new email address"
  • Check the box to authorize our team to contact the user and confirm the change.

Our team will complete the change within the next 3 business days.
