How to fix a MinutesIQ access issue in Microsoft Teams
Allow MinutesIQ to join your meetings by configuring your organization's external access settings.
If MinutesIQ is unable to join your Teams meetings, the most common cause is that your organization does not allow external participants from the MinutesIQ domain.
Add MinutesIQ to the list of allowed domains
This change requires administrator access to your Microsoft Teams admin portal.
- Sign in to the Teams admin portal: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/company-wide-settings/external-communications
- Go to "Users" > "External access".
- Under "Teams and Skype for Business users in external organizations", select "Allow only specific external domains".
- Add the domain
minutesiq.onmicrosoft.com. - Save your changes.
Changes take effect within a few minutes.
Note: if you do not have access to the Teams admin settings, this change must be made by your IT manager or Microsoft 365 administrator.
If the configuration is not possible
If your organization cannot modify the external access settings, you can use MinutesIQ via recording: record your Teams meeting, then upload the file to Panorama after the meeting.
