# How to delete a written resolution draft

## Permanently delete a written resolution draft before it is sent for adoption.

This action is only available on drafts that have not yet been sent for adoption. Once a resolution has been sent, it can no longer be deleted — it can however be rejected.

1. In the left menu, click "To review".
2. Open the relevant resolution draft.
3. Click "Delete draft" at the bottom left of the page.

4. Type CONFIRM in the field provided, then click "Delete draft".
