# How to add the follow-up table to your agenda

## Keep open commitments visible at every meeting, without retyping them.

The table of open follow-ups can be added automatically to your next agenda, so the board can review them at every meeting.

1. Open the agenda for the relevant meeting.
2. Click to add an item and select “Smart topic”.

3. Select “Follow-up table” from the list of available items.

4. Save the agenda.

The table automatically displays all follow-ups that are open as of the meeting, along with their owner, due date, and status, without you having to retype them.

> **Note :** *only follow-ups that are still open (not closed) appear in the table. Closed or archived follow-ups no longer show up there.*
