How agenda documents work in my minutes
Understand why agenda documents don't automatically appear in your minutes, and how to find them.
Documents attached to the agenda are not automatically copied to the minutes. Since minutes are a legal document, the choice of annexes is entirely yours: Panorama does not assume which documents should be included.
Note: documents attached to the agenda are always preserved at the meeting level, even if they don't appear automatically in the minutes.
You have two options to access your documents or attach them to the minutes:
Option 1: add a document directly to the minutes
- Under "To review", click "Review" on the minutes.
- Click the edit pencil on the relevant topic.
- Click "Add document".
- Select the document to attach.
Option 2: find documents via the agenda adoption smart topic
If you used the agenda adoption smart topic, it is automatically attached to the minutes. You can find all documents associated with the meeting there.
